Steve Muench, D.D.S.

Steve is a 1980 graduate of Temple University Dental School.  During his active dental career he built two dental practices, the first growing to become a mutli-doctor, multi-specialty practice and the second  a solo practice. During his career, Steve attended numerous CE programs and earned the Master of the Academy of General Dentistry designation. In addition to his dental degree Steve also has a Master's Degree in Real Estate Development which he earned at NYU in 1991. He also is currently Series 6 licensed and also licensed in Life Insurance and Variable Annuities, and previously licensed in Real Estate sales. Steve joined Paragon in 2006 and served as the Transition Consultant for Eastern PA.  After the sale of his practice in 2009 through a Paragon directed transition, Steve joined a large Dental Practice Management Organization with a single "100 plus practices" client. He served as a Regional Clinical Director overseeing all clinical aspects of practice for the 13 practices the company managed in Massachusetts and Connecticut with responsbility to mentor and advocate for 35 doctors within these practices. Over the past 5 years while pursuing his other ventures, Steve was often afforded the opportunity to consult with dentists in all phases of their dental career and (based on his own experience as a Paragon Consultant and with the experience of selling his practice in a Paragon assisted transition) he found that the only reasonable recommendation he could make to these dentist was to emphasize that they contact Paragon for their transition needs. Steve brings back to Paragon a broad experience base in all aspects of dental practice from solo to group and including all aspects of practice management, clinical, and organizational skills.
